1984      Graduated Vilnius Art Institute (now Vilnius Academy of Arts), Lithuania
1988      Assistant Professor, Kaunas Art Faculty of Vilnius Academy of Arts
1989      Arrived to Chicago, Illinois
1995      Moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, where currently works in his studio
1989-     Independent studio artist

1992      The Clay Studio, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

During the period of 1985-2016, Kostas participated in a number of art shows in Lithuania, United States, and Taiwan. His ceramic objects and sculptures are exhibited at, among other venues, Esther Saks Gallery, Chicago; Evanston Art Center, Evanston, Illinois; The Clay Studio, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; American Crafts Gallery, Cleveland, Ohio; Gallery Alexander, La Jolla, California; Alianza Gallery, Boston, Massachusetts; Miller Gallery, Cincinnati, Ohio; Del Mano Gallery, Los Angeles, California; St. Petersburg Art Center, St. Petersburg, Florida; Yingko Ceramics Museum, Taiwan.
